Randy Shope

Randy joined the team in May 2017. He graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. After starting his career in management/sales, he landed in human resources in 2007. He found his passion working with employee relations, labor relations, HR planning, staffing, and team development.
