Ivan Steshov is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at BigID since April 2020, Ivan previously held positions as a Software Engineering Manager and Technical Project Lead. Prior experience includes leading a five-member team at UpInSolutions on an insurance domain project, utilizing the JHipster stack. Ivan's career began at GlobalLogic as a Java EE Developer, progressing through roles at EPAM Systems, b-next group, and ultimately achieving senior positions. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Black Sea State University named after Petro Mohyla, obtained in 2015.
