Kum-Tong (KT) Chung is a seasoned technical expert with over three decades of experience in client support and technical engineering. Currently serving as a Sr Client Support Engineer at BigID since March 2020, KT Chung has a strong background in infrastructure and technical support, having held positions such as Senior Infrastructure Specialist at Hello Technology and Principal Technical Support Engineer at Oracle. KT Chung's career also includes significant roles at Sun Microsystems, including Manager of the Global Service Control Center and Product Technical Support, in addition to providing backline technical support for the Asia Escalation Center. Earlier experience includes roles at Stratus Computer and Digital Equipment Corporation, focusing on software and technical support. KT Chung holds a Master of Engineering Science in Computer Engineering from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Tasmania.
