Shahar Hershkovich

Shahar Hershkovich is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in strategic IT management and architecture. Currently serving as Director of IT at BigID since January 2022, Shahar focuses on enhancing technology processes and driving business growth through automation and Infrastructure as Code. Prior roles include IT Strategy & Architecture Manager at NICE Ltd, where Shahar developed innovative IT services, led significant cloud migrations, and implemented security solutions, among various major projects. Shahar has also held leadership positions managing global teams and budgets at NICE and contributed technical expertise at Cisco Systems and Xor Technologies. Shahar holds a BA in Business Management from Ruppin College and is pursuing a Master's degree in Law, Technology and Business Innovation from Reichman University.
