Jim O'Loughlin

Jim O'Loughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jim most recently served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Bigleaf Networks since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Vonage as the Director of Strategic Partnerships from April 2022 to February 2023.

From 2019 to 2022, Jim held roles at Ribbon Communications, including Vice President - Strategic Partners and VP Edge Solutions. Before that, they worked as the Regional Sales Director - Eastern US at Edgewater Networks from April 2015 to December 2018.

Jim also gained experience as the Sr. Director, Service Provider Alliances at xMatters, inc from May 2014 to April 2015. Jim served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at SEVEN Networks from April 2013 to May 2014. Jim also worked at NewNet Communication Technologies as the Vice President, Global Sales - Telecom Applications, Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, and Sales Director from 2008 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Jim held the position of Director of North American Sales at SS8 Networks from December 2003 to 2008. Jim was also a Global Account Director at AT&T from 2002 to 2003 and a Sales Director at Aravox from August 2001 to October 2002.

Jim O'Loughlin attended Delbarton School from 1978 to 1984. Jim then went on to Union College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Psychology from 1984 to 1988.
