Harish Sunderam Agastya

Harish Sunderam Agastya has extensive work experience in leadership roles across various industries. Most recently, they co-founded and served as the COO of BigLittle.ai starting in October 2020. Prior to that, Harish held the position of Board member and Head of Operations (COO) at NAATAK Theater, a non-profit organization focused on South Asian theatre, since 1995.

In terms of their corporate experience, Harish worked at Bitdefender for over four years, from March 2016 to June 2020, as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for the profit and loss of the commercial business unit, overseeing a diverse team of around 300 employees across marketing, product, engineering, and services.

Harish Sunderam Agastya pursued their undergraduate degree at Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, University of Bombay from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering. Harish then continued their education at Penn State University from 1990 to 1992 and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science. Later, they attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1997 to 1999, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.
