Noah Vandercook

Product Manager at BigMarker

Noah Vandercook has held a variety of roles in the past twelve years. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Customer Service Manager at the Old Town School of Folk Music. Noah then moved on to become the Head of Events and Community Event Manager at Ignite Gaming Lounge from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketer and Care Coordinator at Caring Professionals Home Care. Most recently, they have been working as a Product Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at BigMarker since 2020. As a Product Manager, they are responsible for managing the full cycle of new feature rollouts, spearheading company-wide presentations, and writing, editing and producing materials and copy. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, they are responsible for the entire post-sales scope of customer projects and events, leading training efforts, and adapting to customer needs.

Noah Vandercook attended Columbia College Chicago from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Audio Design and Production.
