Francisco Martin is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in machine learning and artificial intelligence, serving as Co-founder and CEO of BigML, Inc. since February 2011, where responsibilities include the conceptualization and operation of the company's machine learning platform. Since September 2020, Francisco has also co-founded and led AccuShoot, focusing on marksmanship proficiency through machine learning. In addition, Francisco holds the position of Strategic Advisor at Jobiak and has previously served as President at PreSeries until its acquisition in 2019, and as Founder and Board Member at Strands, another key player in recommendation technologies. Earlier in the career, Francisco established iSOCO, contributing to advancements in distributed machine learning at the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. Francisco completed a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and pursued postdoctoral studies in Machine Learning, showcasing a strong academic background.
