Mike Festa

Mike serves as BigMoon’s CFO and brings his 30+ years’ experience as a successful senior executive and corporate officer for Fortune 500 global brand, Xerox. With broad experience in all aspects of corporate finance, Mike has been the CFO of Xerox Services, Xerox Europe and the Xerox Developing Markets group– all multi-billion business segments with large and complex finance operations worldwide. He has extensive international experience having lived and worked in the United States and various international settings. Mike has experience in investor relations, SEC compliance and reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, accounting and internal control.
