Deon Peters, CPA

Deon Peters, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Deon began their career in 2004 as an Accounts Receivable/Credit Department Intern at Gallo Wines Sales of NJ. In 2005, they joined Software House International Inc. as an Accounts Receivable Representative. From 2006 to 2011, Deon worked at Weichert Relocation Resources as an International Tax and Compensation Specialist and Accountant. In 2011, they moved to GalaxE Solutions as Manager of Accounting, Finance & Travel. In 2013, Deon joined ION Trading as an Assistant Controller. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Accounting Manager/Director at Crossix Solutions. In 2018, Deon became the Director of Accounting at JAM Paper & Envelope. In 2021, they accepted the role of Director of Accounting at SwagUp where they served in an advisory role to the executive team and the company regarding data process flows, controls, and cash management. Most recently, in 2022, Deon was appointed Vice President Of Accounting at JAM BNC.

Deon Peters, CPA obtained a Masters in Accounting from Kean University between 2007 and 2009. Deon also obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Kean University between 2000 and 2004. In 2012, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. In 2008, they obtained Real Estate Licenses from the NJ Department of Banking & Insurance - Real Estate Commission.
