Dawei Jiang

Dawei Jiang has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HRBP at BIGO LIVE since May 2018, focusing on supporting overseas projects and enhancing employee motivation for financial success. Prior to this role, Dawei worked as an HR manager at Huawei Technologies from December 2016 to April 2018, and as an HR Business Partner at 施耐德电气（中国）有限公司 from February 2011 to November 2016, supporting business strategies and overseeing various HR functions. Dawei's career began at Darfon as a staffing supervisor from July 2005 to January 2011, where responsibilities included leading team members in recruitment efforts and campus hiring projects. Dawei holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Central China Normal University, obtained in 2005.
