Alec Down

Alec Down, M.Ed. is currently the Manager of Global Customer Education at BigPanda. Alec previously served as the Interim Director of Customer Education & Enablement at Lacework, and as the Lead Curriculum Engineer at 2U. Alec has a strong background in technical curriculum development and online education, with experience as an Adjunct Instructor at both Vanderbilt University and University of Utah. Additionally, Alec has experience as a Software Engineer at InsideOut Development and as a Developer/Advisor at University of Utah College of Engineering. Alec holds a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, a Master of Education in Education, Culture, and Society from University of Utah, and a Full-stack Web Development certificate from University of Utah.
