Nir Ness

Nir Ness is an experienced engineering and operations leader with a strong background in managing teams and driving program management within technology companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at BigPanda since September 2019, Nir manages a core pipeline backend engineering team focused on enhancing product performance through event stream processing. Nir has held various leadership roles at BigPanda, including Director of Program Management and Operations, where responsibilities included leading critical cross-organization programs and improving R&D capabilities. Previously, Nir was Head of Operations at Tingz, successfully scaling operations and leading to the company's acquisition by One1. Additional experience includes roles at CodeOasis LTD., The Israeli Phoenix, Direct Insurance, and the Israel Defense Forces. Nir holds a B.A. in Information Systems Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management.
