Firdaus Zaidi

Firdaus Zaidi has a solid work history, starting with an internship at Halvec Laboratories Sdn Bhd in 2018, where they assisted with paperwork and documentation for new product development research. In 2019, Firdaus worked as a Retail Associate at Toys R Us, where they provided customer service, addressed customer inquiries and complaints, and assisted with stock replenishment and store keeping duties. During the same year, they joined Vivantis Technologies as a Research Officer, conducting validation research analyses on new and existing goods, with skills in molecular techniques and QA/QC. Currently, Firdaus is working at BigPay | Challenge Banking as an Operations Analyst, where they are involved in operationalizing new DuitNow features for online transactions, creating standard operating procedures, and validating reports for reporting purposes.

Firdaus Zaidi pursued a higher education at Universiti Teknologi MARA, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Firdaus completed a foundation degree in Science at the same institution from 2013 to 2014. In December 2020, Firdaus also acquired a certification as a Data Analyst through the Data Star Graduate Program at The Center of Applied Data Science.
