Norhidayah Zaila Zahari

Norhidayah Zaila Zahari has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Norhidayah Zaila started their career in 2006 as a Test Analyst at Intec, where they actively participated in requirements reviews and provided input to test plans and strategies. In 2008, they joined eCosway.com Sdn Bhd as a Project Executive, where they were responsible for requirement gathering and documentation preparation. Norhidayah Zaila then worked at IBM as a Test Specialist, setting up and managing testing projects according to IBM methodologies and guidelines. At Openet, they served as a Test Engineer, writing test cases from requirements and automating functional tests. Later, at Siroi Solutions Sdn Bhd, they held the position of Senior Test Consultant, where they reviewed and understood user and customer documentations and prepared test strategies for Agile projects. Currently, they work at BigPay | Challenge Banking as a Test Engineer, performing requirements analysis and creating manual test cases. Throughout their career, Norhidayah has been actively involved in all phases of the application development life cycle and has experience working with Agile methodologies.

Norhidayah Zaila Zahari completed their Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Engineering) at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu from 2003 to 2006. Norhidayah Zaila then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Malaya from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification in February 2015.
