Kathleen Castore

Kathleen is an experienced and effective Procurement & Supplier Diversity Executive with years of experience in the corporate arena, most recently as the Head of Supplier Diversity & Sustainability for Sanofi. She uses strategic thinking, collaborative problem solving, good listening skills and integrity to deliver realistic solutions and bottom line results. She is a strategic leader-managing, advancing and developing best and next practices in Supplier Diversity.

Driving her dedication and passion, she has held numerous board and committee leadership positions, including, NMSDC NY/NJ, NaVOBA, Diversity Alliance for Science, Disability:IN and ISM Pharmaceutical Supplier Diversity Forum among others. Serving as the liaison with government and community agencies she assures diverse supplier representation. She is a contributor, panelist, developer and facilitator for various workshops and organizations on numerous topics on supplier diversity and development nationally for various advocacy organizations.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from CUNY and a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Public Communications from Seton Hall University.
