As a recognized expert in this domain, Tien authored the national bestseller, SUBSCRIBED, and serves as a speaker addressing topics such as business model innovation and digital transformation. Tien’s board experience includes roles at Network for Good, Vonage, Sailthru, and Radian6, alongside a significant tenure at salesforce.com as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, where Tien contributed as one of the earliest employees. Tien holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
