Poojan Thakkar

Poojan Thakkar has a strong background in the F&B industry, with experience ranging from being the Head of Franchise Development at Sankalp to the Executive Chef at 620 Hospitality Ventures. Currently, as the Co-Founder & Director at Bigspoon, Poojan is focused on building a Tier-2 focussed Multi-Brand Cloud kitchen start-up with an emphasis on quality and fresh-prep food. Poojan also completed their PGDCA in Culinary Arts from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration.
