Yin L. Yin has diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Yin L. is currently serving as the Senior Director Of Revenue & Customer Growth at BigSpring since August 2020. In 2011, Yin founded the Qian Zheng Memorial Scholarship, a program aimed at supporting students in memory of their mother, Dr. Qian Zheng.
From 2013 to April 2020, they worked as the COO & Head of Customer Success at COMPAS, a B2B SaaS company. During their tenure, they successfully implemented COMPAS's Playbook software with global growth systems and deployed it with several B2B companies across different sectors.

During the same year, they participated in an Advanced Business Chinese Summer Program at Tsinghua University. Yin later took online certificate courses in Energy and Sustainability at Stanford University from 2011 to 2012. Yin L. further developed their language skills by studying Spanish Language and Culture at City College of San Francisco from 2011 to 2017, although their completion of a specific degree is not mentioned. In 2014, Yin audited a Technology Strategy course taught by Prof. Karl Ulrich at The Wharton School's SF campus.
