Carmine Serra is a co-founder of Big Time Conseil since July 2019, leveraging over 30 years of expertise in retail and IT transformation. Prior to this role, Carmine served at CEGID from November 2005 to July 2019, progressing through various positions including Chef de Projet Retail and Consultant Deploiement Retail, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination, team management, and deployment of retail solutions on a national and international scale. Initial experience includes roles as an IT Technician Support at Cegetel and a Pharmaceutical Technician at Sanofi-Synthelabo. Carmine holds multiple degrees in management informatics, industrial pharmacy, and medical analysis from prominent educational institutions.
