Linda Johnstone Sorensen

Linda Johnstone Sorensen, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human factors across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Bigyellowfish since January 2024, Linda is also the Chairperson of the Board at Maepo AS and FinAbility, a non-profit dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic abuse. Previously, Linda held roles including Board Member at Dribe and Head of HSEQ & Human Factors at Frontline Management. With a strong academic background featuring a Ph.D. in Human Factors from the University of Southampton and an Executive MBA from London Business School, Linda has contributed significantly to human factors research and organizational development within diverse sectors, including oil and gas, marine, and transport industries.
