Joey Rubin

Joey Rubin is the Owner of Parade Agency, where they work on building brands, platforms, and experiences with taste. They also serve as the Head of Creative & Strategy at Biite, a platform for culinary drop culture. In addition, Joey is a Culinary Director and Hospitality Consultant at Summit, and previously worked as the Creative Director at Cafe 11 for Friends with Benefits. Prior to these roles, they were a Co-Owner at Gold Land BBQ, an Advisor at FLO Virtual Reservationist, and a Partner at Dante Fried Chicken. They also have experience in event production and marketing roles at Taste, Nublu Records, and Studio Distribution New York.
