Rishabh Poniya has extensive experience in growth and strategy management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Bijak since March 2020, where previous roles included Manager and Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to Bijak, Rishabh worked as a Business Analyst at 5Dots Partners from June 2018 to March 2020, and held internships at the Coalition for Food & Nutrition Security, Harvest Gold Industries Ltd, and NTPC Limited. Rishabh's educational background includes a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online in 2021, an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from Delhi School Of Management at Delhi Technological University (2016-2018), and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J.
