Kaushal Dhakar

Kaushal Dhakar is an experienced sourcing and factory acquisition manager currently working at Bijnis since October 2020. In this role, Kaushal determines the launch periods for new product ranges based on seasonality and collaborates with the sourcing team to visit partners and manufacturing units for sample developments. Prior experience includes serving as a factory acquisition manager, where Kaushal was responsible for onboarding sellers and suppliers, notably launching the Agra Cluster for improved footwear supply.
