Sumit Biswas is an experienced professional in the fields of CRM, loyalty, e-commerce, and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of CRM & Loyalty, Food Delivery Business, E-commerce, Brand Partnership, and Digital Payment at Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. since January 2020, Sumit is responsible for leading various aspects of customer relationship management and new business initiatives. Prior roles include ZM for North & East at Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt Ltd and Investment Partner & Head of Marketing at Samsung and HappyEasyGo.
