Sean Young

Sean Young, CFA, is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as an Investment Partner at Universum Wealth since June 2020. Additionally, Sean is the Founder and Director of the Sixes Festival, established in April 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Portfolio Manager at Sasfin and Bridge Fund Managers, where Sean managed global multi-asset portfolios and contributed to investment committees, alternative asset class strategies, and client relationship management. Previous positions also include a Director at Nuvation, focusing on renewable energy products, and Sales & Marketing Director for tourism and events companies. Sean holds a CFA Charter and degrees in Financial Analysis & Portfolio Management and Investment Management from the University of Cape Town and Stellenbosch University.
