Gemma Germains is the Chief Experience Officer at Bikmo, where they focus on enhancing customer experiences in cycling insurance. With a background as a founding partner at WELL MADE STUDIO LIMITED, Gemma has extensive experience in user experience and content strategy. Previously, they served as Global Head of Digital Experience Design at Canyon Bicycles GmbH, leading a team to deliver innovative e-commerce solutions. Gemma’s previous roles include creative strategist at Uniform and UX content designer at Dare, where they contributed to significant digital transformations. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Liverpool John Moores University.
