Brooke Keene is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Ryan, where they lead the Client Experience department and develop strategies to enhance client-centric culture. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations, assisting in practice development and managing the Quality Assurance Department. Brooke holds both a Master of Science Degree in Accounting (Emphasis in Taxation) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, all obtained from The University of Texas at Dallas.
