Samira Sheema is an experienced professional in customer relations, currently serving as a Customer Relations Manager at Khoshroz Kitab Mahal since February 2023, and as a Relationship Manager at Bikroy since December 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Call Center Executive at MetLife from June 2016 to April 2020, focusing on customer service representation. Samira holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Dhaka, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the same institution, earned in 2017.
