Allan Boruchowicz

Allan Boruchowicz is the Founder and Managing Partner of Carao Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in San José, Costa Rica, established in September 2012, dedicated to investing in and supporting top founders and startups across Spanish-speaking Latin America. In addition, Allan is currently a Kauffman Fellow (Class 27) and serves on the boards of several companies, including Fibrazo, Megabite, Huli, Banco BCT, Speratum, Slidebean, and BîldTEK, which focuses on innovative building solutions. Previously, Allan was a board member at Seguros LAFISE Costa Rica. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Babson College, complemented by study programs at Esade and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
