Christof Springer is the current Finance Director for Engineering & Maintenance Nordics at Bilfinger. Prior to this, they were the Head of Corp. Transformation Office at Bilfinger from January 2011 to January 2019. Springer was responsible for developing and implementing a Global Performance Management Concept to ensure the overall (strategic) target achievement. Additionally, they were in charge of central program management, inhouse consulting, and coordinating tasks deriving from the Transformation Committe of the Bilfinger Supervisory Board. Before their time at Bilfinger, Springer worked as a Financial Controller at Voith AG from July 2006 to December 2010.
Christof Springer has a diploma in Controlling, Finance & Accounting from Pforzheim University and a certificate in Effective Managing and Performing from Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen / Bilfinger Academy.
