Jack Martin

Jack Martin currently serves as President at Bilfinger since April 2024. Previously, Jack founded and served as CEO of Hamlin Resources, LLC from July 2018 to April 2024. Jack held the position of Director of Construction and Projects at TC Energy from September 2022 to November 2023, focusing on carbon reduction projects in collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as President of Modular Operations at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. and holding multiple roles at The Shaw Group, where responsibilities encompassed senior leadership in fabrication, manufacturing, and operations. Jack began the professional journey as a Staff Associate and Project Manager at DB&A from September 1998 to September 2002. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the College of Charleston, earned between 1992 and 1996.
