Niko Steinhoff

Niko Steinhoff has extensive experience in compliance and human rights roles within various organizations. Since September 2018, Niko has held multiple positions at Bilfinger, including Group Human Rights Officer and Director Compliance Segment Technologies. Prior to that, Niko worked as a Project Assistant at WilmerHale and completed a student internship in Global Financial Crime AML/Sanctions at Commerzbank AG. Niko's earlier roles include working as a student assistant and manager at Nordson Corporation and other organizations. Niko holds a Master of Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kassel, complemented by a certificate in Leadership of Innovation & Change from SDA Bocconi.
