Pavel Celunda

Pavel Celunda is a seasoned professional in the engineering and consulting sector, currently serving as the Business Area Director for Process Integration at Bilfinger Engineering since January 2025 and as Managing Director at Bilfinger Tebodin since February 2018. With over 15 years of experience at Tebodin, Pavel has held various leadership roles, including Process Engineering Director for Central and Eastern Europe, where management responsibilities included an international team of over 100 process experts and the development of projects across industries such as Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals. Prior to his tenure at Bilfinger, Pavel led the Tebodin Czech Republic office and engaged in diverse roles from Project Manager to Construction Supervisor at Knauf Insulation. Pavel holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with specializations in Thermodynamics and Cryogenics from Czech Technical University in Prague.
