Pieter Schell

Pieter Schell currently serves as Regional HR Director BeNe at Bilfinger, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this, Pieter has extensive HR experience, including the role of Director HR at Bilfinger Tebodin since January 2012, where responsibilities encompassed HR core processes for approximately 800 employees across 10 locations in North West Europe. Pieter's previous roles include Head of HR at Tebodin Netherlands B.V., Manager HR at Tebodin B.V., HR Advisor/Recruitment Officer at Koninklijke BAM Groep nv, HR Manager at BAM International bv, HR Advisor at Ernst & Young, and Psycholoog at De Galan & Voigt. Pieter holds a degree in Psychology, Social and Organisational from Leiden University, completed between 1987 and 1993, and graduated from Kennemer Lyceum with a Gymnasium B diploma in 1987.
