Sue Rice

Sue Rice is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Since April 2013, Rice has held key positions at Bilfinger, including HR Director for the UK region and Director of Group Talent, Learning & Development. Prior to this, Rice served as HRD at Shop Direct Group from November 2006 to January 2012 and held several roles at Accenture from 1998 to 2006, culminating as HR Director for the UK and Ireland. Early career experiences include HR roles at Lehman Brothers, Alison Associates, and GlaxoSmithKline. Rice's academic background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Sciences from The University of Huddersfield.
