Neo Tsui

Neo Tsui currently serves as the BD Head of Premium Game Publishing at bilibili Group, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Neo was with TapTap from February 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Head of Global Business and BD Director, contributing to the platform's recognition for independent game recommendations. Earlier experience includes working as BD Director at Reality Squared Games from October 2013 to February 2017, specializing in online publishing of free-to-play browser games. Neo also held the position of Overseas BD Manager at Ultizen Games from August 2012 to September 2013 and worked as a Business Manager at 9YOU from November 2009 to August 2012. Neo is an alumnus of East China Normal University.
