Courtney Averitte Bain

Courtney Averitte Bain has extensive experience in the real estate and design sectors, currently serving as Design Studio Manager at Bill Clark Homes & Legacy Homes by Bill Clark since April 2013, where sequential roles included Design Team Coordinator and Design/Construction Coordinator. Prior to this, Courtney held leasing consultant positions at Bell Partners and Tribute Properties, and worked as a weekend coordinator at Landfall Realty. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Cape Fear Community College, completed in 2011, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the same institution, completed in 2010.
