Jason Keyes

Jason Keyes is a seasoned product researcher and designer with extensive experience in user experience and design research. Currently serving as a Staff Product Researcher at BILL since August 2021, Jason previously held positions including Senior Design Researcher at Envato from February 2017 to July 2021, where customer research was led for the Elements subscription service, resulting in the development of its first personas and user journeys. Additionally, Jason served as a UX Designer at Envato, optimizing multiple Market sites through an end-to-end design process. Previous roles include UX/UI Designer at ZapLabs, Design Associate at MIG, and Architectural and Landscape Designer at Interstice Architects. Jason holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and completed high school at Punahou School.
