Joanne Siu

Joanne Siu is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Head of Tax at BILL since December 2022. Siu also holds the position of Treasurer and Board Member at 1StGen Yale while being a member of the Audit Committee at Live Oak School. Previously, Siu was Head of Tax at Ouster and held the role of Vice President of Tax at Aimmune Therapeutics during its acquisition by Nestle Health Science. At GRAIL, Inc., Siu was responsible for tax strategy and risk management until its acquisition by Illumina, Inc. Notable experience includes leadership roles at Gilead Sciences, Synopsys, Inc., Baker & McKenzie, and PwC, covering various aspects of corporate and international tax. Siu holds a JD/MPP from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and an MPP/JD from Harvard Kennedy School, along with a BA in Economics from Yale University.
