Julie Wiley, MBA, PMP®, CSM® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of the Program Management Office at BILL, Julie has played critical roles in shaping the organization's strategic initiatives. Previous positions include Director PMO at SEPHORA where Julie oversaw a $150M budget and established project management methodologies, and Chief of Staff at PayPal, managing similar financial responsibilities. Julie's early career included leadership roles at eBay, Dell, and Fiserv, along with community engagement as a Board Member at Fuse Theatre, focused on social issues. Julie holds an MBA from Mercer University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of North Georgia.
