Karen Feng

Karen Feng is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Program Manager at BILL since July 2023, Feng collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement compliance for new products. Previously, Feng worked at Meta as a Product Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance across the Family of Apps, and at EY as a Manager focused on financial services regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Grant Thornton LLP in Business Advisory Services, where Feng managed internal audits and compliance projects. Feng holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UC Irvine.
