Mike Balak

Mike Balak has extensive experience in IT leadership and strategy, currently serving as the Director of CXO Systems Strategy at BILL since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Intel Corporation for nearly a decade, holding positions including Global IT Director for Sales and Marketing Capabilities, where oversight encompassed product management and software engineering for sales, marketing, HR, and corporate services solutions. Earlier roles at McAfee and Plug and Play Tech Center involved managing IT solution delivery and consulting for startups, respectively. Mike's career at Intuit spanned over a decade and included multiple leadership positions in product development, quality assurance, and process improvement, contributing to significant developments in products such as QuickBooks. Mike holds a B.S. in Decision & Information Sciences from Santa Clara University.
