Raj Aji

Raj Aji leads the legal and compliance function at Bill.com. He is an experienced legal and technology executive with expertise in financial technology and digital commerce services.

Prior to joining, he led the legal and compliance team for Intuit’s financial services businesses. Before Intuit, Raj was the SVP and General Counsel at Obopay where he was integral in forming commercial relationships with global banks and telecoms, and deploying mobile payment services in seven countries spanning three continents. Raj previously served as the Managing Attorney for Cisco in Asia and the General Counsel at Xoom.com through their IPO and a $4B merger with Snap LLC and NBC’s internet assets to form NBC Internet.

He earned a J.D. degree from the University of California Berkeley, School of Law and a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai.
