Rasheedah Bilal

Rasheedah Bilal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, logistics, and operations across various sectors including military and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Legal & IT at BILL, Rasheedah also holds the position of Director of Logistics and Commander in the Army National Guard. Previous roles include Director of the CGOC at The National Guard Association of the United States and Senior Legal Tech Program Manager at Palo Alto Networks. A veteran of the US Army, Rasheedah has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Strategic Planning and Chief Operations Officer at Cerberus Protective Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Behavioral Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics with a law concentration from Bentley University, as well as a degree in Management Information Systems from Dar Al-Hekma College for Women. Rasheedah holds several certifications including PMP and CSM and has TS/SCI clearance.
