Rishika Lekhadia

Rishika Lekhadia currently serves as Senior Manager for Strategy and BizOps at BILL, focusing on payments platform strategy and executing initiatives in the Payments & Financial Services division. Prior to this role, Rishika worked at Moelis & Company in Technology Investment Banking, advising B2B SaaS and fintech firms on M&A transactions and conducting comprehensive market analyses. Rishika's experience includes positions at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Summer Associate, where support was provided for M&A and capital markets transactions, and as Chief of Staff for Product and Growth at Credenc.com, leading product launches in the education fintech sector. Additionally, Rishika held a position at Mintifi in the Office of the CEO, driving projects during a period of rapid growth, and began a career in M&A law as an Associate at Khaitan & Co. Rishika holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and has completed further MBA studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, alongside a law degree from the National University of Juridical Sciences.
