Ying Chow

Ying Chow, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Compliance Testing and Monitoring at BILL since January 2023. Previously, Ying held multiple roles at Bank of the West from May 2014 to December 2022, including Senior Program Manager for Reg. W, as well as various positions in compliance testing, all at the vice president level. Earlier experience includes serving as Operational Risk Manager at State Street Bank from August 2012 to May 2014 and working as a Senior Auditor at John Hancock from June 2010 to August 2012. Ying began a professional career as a Senior Internal Auditor at State Street Corporation from June 2005 to June 2010. Ying holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Bentley University, earned between 2006 and 2008, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution, completed in 2005.
