Spyros Sioupoulis

Spyros Sioupoulis is an experienced server currently serving as Head Server at One&Only Resorts since January 2024, specializing in a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, Ora by Ettore Botrini. Previous experience includes serving at The Leading Hotels of the World for a fine dining gastronomy project, as well as at Feel Good Cafe Mykonos, focusing on vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Spyros has also worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, serving in the esteemed Seasons Tea Lounge during the FIFA World Cup 2022 and assisting in another restaurant. Additional experience includes a stint at Daios Cove - Luxury Resort & Villas. Education includes a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and studies at LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies.
