Vidhya Chandrakantan

Vidhya Chandrakantan currently serves as a Strategy Secondment in Policy, Advocacy, and Communications at the Gates Foundation since May 2025, focusing on amplifying impact in the non-profit/NGO sector. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Manager at Accenture from December 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities encompassed conducting global assessments on diversity, equity, and inclusion for a $1B NGO, defining strategies for a new non-profit dedicated to pandemic prevention, and managing change initiatives for a $70M NGO. Vidhya also held the position of Change Management Manager at Accenture, overseeing data operations for a $750M divestiture and managing change processes for an $8B offering.
