Summer Tompkins

Summer Tompkins has a diverse work experience in the medical research and biometrics field. Summer is currently working as a Data Analytics Senior Manager at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. including Senior Biometrics Data Analyst from January 2022 to April 2023, Biometrics Data Analyst from September 2019 to January 2022, and Clinical Trial Assistant from June 2017 to September 2019.

Summer Tompkins attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. In 2020, they attended the University of Pennsylvania for a Post-Baccalaureate Studies Program. Currently, Summer is pursuing a Master of Science in Epidemiology at Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, starting in 2022.
